Welcome, We're So Glad You've Found Us!

The NICU changes more than the beginning of your baby’s story. It changes you, too. And while so much care and attention is poured into getting your baby safely home, families are often left wondering what happens next.

NICU Hearts Collective was created to fill that gap. We’re a community built for life during and after the NICU, where families can find trusted expert guidance, practical resources, meaningful connection, and support for both the baby you’re caring for and the parent you’re becoming. Because discharge shouldn’t mean figuring out the rest on your own.

Support for Life During and After the NICU

Everything you wish you had when you left the NICU,

all in one place.

You shouldn’t have to piece together support from a dozen different places or spend hours Googling answers when you’re already carrying so much. NICU Hearts Collective brings expert guidance, practical tools, and meaningful connection together in one place, created specifically for families who understand that the questions don’t stop at discharge.

Inside the Collective, you’ll find:

Expert-led support for both you and your baby, including nervous system recovery, anxiety, feeding, development, sleep, and navigating life after the NICU.

Practical resources you can actually use, including educational videos, workbooks, guides, checklists, and tools created around the challenges NICU families really face.

Live connection and community through educational calls, discussions, guest experts, and relationships with other families where you don’t have to explain what NICU life is actually like.

Support for Your Baby. Support for You.

We believe caring for NICU families means caring for both sides of the story.

Your baby may need support as they grow, feed, sleep, play, and develop. And you may need space to process what happened, rebuild trust in yourself, and help your nervous system come out of survival mode. By bringing together occupational therapy and trauma-informed mental health expertise, we can support the whole family rather than asking parents to piece everything together alone.

Helping Families Find Their way Home

You Belong Here

No comparison. No proving your experience was “bad enough.” No pressure to simply be grateful and move on.

A few days in the NICU can look very different from a few months, but every family deserves to have their experience acknowledged.

This is a place for the questions, celebrations, grief, uncertainty, milestones, and messy in-between moments that come with life during and after the NICU. You don’t have to explain the NICU part first. We get it.
